Licenses and Restricted Countries
ELK Studios has licenses in Gibraltar, the United Kingdom and Malta, which means their games are offered in almost every major gambling jurisdiction, including the Great White North. Of course, just because their games are available in most regions doesn’t mean every online casino offers their games.
Trustworthiness
The mere fact that ELK Studios has licenses in Malta, Gibraltar, and the United Kingdom demonstrates a high level of trustworthiness. These jurisdictions demand licensees to meet or exceed the highest levels of integrity, honesty, and transparency. Furthermore, all of ELK Studios’ games are certified and proven fair by leading third-party testing agencies. It means every outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated. Canadians should also consider that ELK Studios is in partnerships with over 200 highly regarded online casinos.
Desktop and Mobile Experiences
One of ELK Studios’ mottoes is “Mobile First,” so the fantastic quality of their mobile games shouldn’t surprise you. Canadian video slot game enthusiasts appreciate the responsive and easy-to-navigate game interfaces on desktops and mobile devices alike. It doesn’t matter which platform you play popular games like Kaiju and Wild Season. You are guaranteed to experience a superior graphic environment, stimulating sounds, and a smooth, uninterrupted game pace. Mobile users get maximum enjoyment out of ELK Studios’ mobile games when played in landscape mode.
ELK Studios Games
As mentioned, ELK Studios has a small library of titles, but features such as ELK Compete, multi-player tournaments, and individual challenges enhance each game’s enjoyment level. So far, this award-winning developer has only produced video slots that fans of casino table games will find disappointing. There aren’t any signs of this strategy changing. However, online casinos that have games from ELK Studios also partner with other prominent software providers. As a result, those who like table games can usually find them on the same site.
Typically, ELK Studios’ video slots have between three and five reels and 243 pay lines. Their latest release, Respin Circus gives players dozens of ways to win and features magic wilds, free spins, and bonus games. Valkyrie, one of their most popular games, has 5 reels, 4 rows, and is rife with Nordic mythology. Free spins, bonus spins, and multiple wilds provide even more excitement. Ecuador Gold, The Wiz, and Joker Gems are just a few other games that provide exciting storylines and many ways to win.

ELK Studios History
ELK Studios started in 2012, with 5 people working out of a garage in Stockholm. The company outgrew that garage by 2013, so they moved their operation to an office. In October 2014, ELK Studios released their first game, The Lab, followed by the releases of Electric Sam, Champions Goal, and Taco Brothers. One of the company’s defining moments took place at the EGR Operators Awards in 2017, where Wild Toro won Game of the Year. ELK Studios released five more games during the first half of 2019, and more are on the way.
