This page explains what CasinoInspectors.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to delete. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Data controller
Flamingrove Content N.V. (registered at Julianaplein 36, Willemstad, Curaçao), the publisher of CasinoInspectors, decides how personal information gathered on casinoinspectors.com is used. Send privacy questions and requests to [email protected].
What we collect
- Server logs. Our host records the request: IP address, time, page, referrer and browser string. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are rotated regularly.
- What you send us. If you write through the contact form we keep your message and your email address so we can answer it.
- Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth or any payment detail, and we never ask for casino account credentials.
Cookies
Opening any page of the site causes our server to store two cookies in your browser:
- mz_vid — random ID for your browser; lasts 12 months.
- mz_src — records how you arrived (typed address, search or referring website); lasts 30 days.
They are HttpOnly and Secure and hold nothing that identifies you by name, email or card. Clicking through to an operator via /go/ brings two more, mozbiz_session and XSRF-TOKEN, which lapse after about 20 hours; at the same moment the mz_vid reference travels with the redirect so the affiliate programme can credit a registration to CasinoInspectors. Once you reach the casino, its cookies and privacy policy take over. There is no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar or any other analytics, advertising or session-replay tool on the site. Every page still works if your browser refuses or deletes these cookies.
Who else sees data
Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which delivers the site, process requests on our behalf. Affiliate programmes receive the anonymous reference described above when you follow an operator link; operators send us no personal information about you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles. Our publisher is based in Curaçao and our providers run servers in several countries, including the United States, so information may be processed outside Canada.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and provincial privacy law you may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This site is for adults of legal gambling age (19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). We do not knowingly collect anything from a minor; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page and the verification date on it. Material changes are described at the top of the page rather than buried in a clause.
