Reading CasinoInspectors costs nothing. Our income comes from casinos that pay a fee for new players we refer. This page explains how that works, who signs the agreements, and where the influence of that money stops.
Who holds the agreements
All commercial agreements behind casinoinspectors.com are signed by its publisher, Flamingrove Content N.V., Julianaplein 36, Willemstad, Curaçao. Writers and inspectors earn no per-registration bonus and do not negotiate with operators; they never see which dossier earned what.
How the links work
Every operator link starts on our own domain, at a /go/ address, which hands you on to the casino together with an anonymous reference so the affiliate programme can credit the visit to us. Each such link is tagged rel="sponsored" in the page source, and the privacy policy names the cookies involved. Regulator, help-line, studio and news links, by contrast, are plain links that pay us nothing.
How we are paid
Depending on the programme, an operator may pay a one-off amount when a new player makes a qualifying first deposit, a share of what that player brings the operator for months or years, or a blend of both. Some programmes pay nothing until a minimum number of depositing players is reached. You pay nothing extra: the bonus you receive through our link is the same one the casino offers publicly, and where we have negotiated a better offer the dossier says so.
What money cannot buy
- A higher score, a better rank or a softer sentence in a dossier.
- Removal of a complaint, a slow payout or a restrictive bonus clause we documented.
- Advance approval of what we write. Operators see our dossiers when readers do.
- A place in a list for a casino that is not open to Canadian players.
Plenty of the casinos we inspect pay us nothing at all, several of the top-scored ones among them. If an operator with an agreement fails a check, it drops in the ranking or comes off the list.
Exclusive codes
Now and then an operator issues a bonus code just for CasinoInspectors readers. When a dossier shows one, it is marked as exclusive, and the dossier states whether it actually beats the public offer or simply matches it under another name. If a code stops working at the cashier, let us know; operators withdraw codes without warning, and we would rather remove a dead one than leave it on the page.
When an agreement ends
Commercial relationships do not last forever. When an agreement with an operator ends, its buttons stop passing through /go/ or are removed, but the dossier remains published with its current score until a fresh inspection says otherwise. Losing a partner is never a reason to lower a rating, and gaining one is never a reason to raise it.
Lists and comparison tables
Pages such as “best payout casinos” or “safe online casinos” mix operators we earn from with operators we do not. The order follows the scores from our four checks. Where two casinos score the same, we may show the partner first, and the table never hides a better-scored casino simply because it pays us nothing.
Why we tell you all this
Knowing who pays a website helps you judge what it says. We would rather you read our dossiers with that in mind from the start than discover it later in the small print. If a review ever feels like a sales pitch, tell us which one and we will re-read it.
Ontario
Ontario readers should stick to operators listed on the iGaming Ontario register. Where we show offers, they refer to the rest of Canada; Ontario rules do not allow regulated operators to advertise bonuses to Ontario players.
No paid articles
We do not publish advertorials, sponsored reviews or guest posts paid for by operators. If that ever changes, the page in question will say so in its first line.
Adults only
Operator links assume you are of age — 19, or 18 if you are in Alberta, Manitoba or Quebec. Every bet can be lost. ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) is there without charge when play stops feeling like play.
